Banks & Credit Unions
Relationships with C-suite, capital markets and treasury professionals at banks and credit unions. Understand their balance-sheet priorities and where our advisory capabilities are relevant.
Sponsor Finance & Asset Finance
Relationships with C-suite, capital markets and treasury professionals at financial sponsors, fund managers, specialty lenders, and asset-finance businesses. People who decide how a platform gets funded.
Investor Relationships
Relationships on the investor side, particularly with sponsors of ABS offerings. Knowing who buys the paper is as valuable here as knowing who issues it.
Veteran-Owned Business Networks
Standing relationships across veteran-owned business networks, supplier-diversity programs, and the institutions that run them — with enough history to turn an introduction into a real business conversation.
Infrastructure Finance
Physical and digital infrastructure — data centers, fiber, energy. Coverage we are actively extending rather than a closed book, so you would be building it with us.
How This Works
Equity participation is available for business-development roles, subject to an agreed vesting period and threshold. Specific compensation and equity terms are discussed individually.
Sponsorship for applicable securities licenses is available, subject to role requirements, broker-dealer approval, and applicable regulatory requirements. Commission eligibility is subject to applicable licensing, approvals, and agreed compensation terms.
Learn While Contributing
We run internship programs throughout the year for students and early-career professionals interested in institutional finance, business research, and relationship development. We welcome people who are curious, take initiative, and want to contribute as they learn.
Some stipend support is available for interns and fellows.
A Path Into the Industry
Our Veteran Capital Markets Fellowship offers veterans pursuing a degree a dedicated path into institutional financial services, with practical experience and professional development.
